The training will be given online via the internet. The institution will provide training to the trainees with the program to be determined through the online system. The institution will determine the computer program or platform to be trained. The trainee will acquire a computer program or platform for online education. The trainee declares and accepts that he has the necessary tools and infrastructure to receive online training. It is not the course’s obligation to supply the relevant material, nor is it included in the fee. When the conditions for the start of the training are met, the course schedule will be shared with the trainee.
A lesson hour consists of 60 minutes, and it provides training under the world-wide education programs, but without being tied to any teacher, accompanied by different teachers. It is not the course’s obligation to supply printed training materials and its cost is not included in the course fee.
From the date of signing of the contract, this contract comes into force and the training activities start at the agreed time after meeting with the trainee. If the course does not start to serve within 60 days from the date specified in the contract as the training start date, the trainee can cancel the contract without paying any price.
Course preparation courses and auxiliary activities to be given to the trainee before the training starts cannot be deducted from the training to be given in the contract, but it is considered that the training service has started to be performed. Depending on the training package purchased by the trainee, online lessons are planned individually or in groups. The maximum number of students to attend group lessons is determined as 20 participants.
All intellectual property rights of online courses belong to the institution. Online courses cannot be recorded, distributed or reproduced by the trainee. Trainings cannot be shared or shared.
