This agreement regulates the online education and the conditions regarding the online education between the trainee/user and our educational institution Elite University Prep & Elite Academy subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as the institution) via the Internet without coming together physically.
Elite University Prep & Elite Academy subsidiaries and Elit Yurt Dışı Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Tic. Ltd. Sti. (tax number 3320951492)., a limited company established in Turkey offers products and services provided by our international branches (collectively, “Elite University Prep & Elite Academy”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) regulate your use of our website, apps, and other products and services (“Services”).

When you create your Elite University Prep & Elite Academy account and then use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information and you agree to update it to keep your information accurate and complete. Use or access by anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited, and certain regions and content offerings may have additional requirements and/or restrictions.
Unless expressly authorized by Elite University Prep & Elite Academy, you agree that you will only create, access and/or use only a single trainee/user account and will not share access information about your account with any third party. Using our Services does not give you ownership or intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
