This contract is the presentation of the programs (courses) requested by the trainee/user and whose qualifications are specified on the site, in return for a fee.
EDUCATIONAL CONTENTS
Elite University Prep & Elite Academy offers courses and content (“Content Offerings”) from universities and other providers (“Content Providers”). While we strive to deliver world-class Content Offerings from our Content Providers, unexpected events may occur. Elite University Prep & Elite Academy reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule or modify any Content Offering or to change the point value or weight of any assignment, test, or other assessment solely or in accordance with Content Provider instructions. Content Offerings are subject to the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability sections below.
GROUP AND PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are one-on-one. The instructors who will teach are determined by the institution.
Group lessons are limited to a maximum of 20 trainees according to the program quota. The instructors who will teach are determined by the institution.
NO ACADEMIC CREDIT IS awarded
Elite University Prep & Elite Academy does not award academic credit for the completion of Content Offerings. Participation in or completion of Content Offerings does not award any academic credit, unless expressly stated otherwise by a credit awarding institution. Even if an academic credit is given by an institution, there is no assumption that other institutions will accept that academic credit. Elite University Prep & Elite Academy, instructors, and associated Content Providers have no obligation to have their Content Offerings recognized by any educational institution or accreditation body.
TRAINEE/USER CONTENT
The Services allow you to share your content (“Trainee/User Content”), such as homework, exams, other assignments you submit, posts you make in forums, and etc. with Elite University Prep & Elite Academy, instructors, and/or other trainees/users. Trainee/User content does not include course content or other materials made available on the Elite University Prep & Elite Academy platform or embedded in the Elite University Prep & Elite Academy platform by or on behalf of Content Providers using the Services or Content Offerings or their instructors.
As between Elite University Prep & Elite Academy and the Content Providers, these Content Offerings are subject to the respective agreements in action between Elite University Prep & Elite Academy and the Content Providers.
TRAINEE/USER RULES
All trainees/users participating in Content Offerings must agree to abide by the following rules:
- I will only sign up for one account unless I am explicitly permitted to sign up for additional accounts by Elite University Prep & Elite Academy.
- My answers to homework, quizzes, quizzes, projects, and other assignments will be my own work (except for assignments that explicitly allow collaboration), as outlined in the Elite University Prep & Elite Academy Plagiarism Policy.
- I will not make solutions for homework, quizzes, quizzes, projects, and other assignments available to others (unless an assignment explicitly allows sharing solutions). This includes both solutions written by me and solutions provided by course staff or others.
- I will not engage in other activities that dishonestly improve my results or dishonestly improve or hurt the results of others.
Any violation of these rules may result in suspension, disablement or termination of your access to all or part of the Services.
Feedback
We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback (“Feedback”) about the Services. By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to use the Feedback without restriction or compensation of any kind to you. By accepting your Feedback, Elite University Prep & Elite Academy does not waive the right to use similar or related Feedback previously known to Elite University Prep & Elite Academy, developed by our employees, contractors, or obtained from other sources.

We care about the safety of our trainees/users. While we work to protect the security of your account and related information, Elite University Prep & Elite Academy cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to circumvent our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account by emailing info@eliteuniversityprep.com.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT
Through the Services, you will have the ability to access and/or use content provided by instructors, other trainees/users and/or other third parties, and links to websites and services maintained by third parties. Elite University Prep & Elite Academy cannot guarantee that such third-party content on the Services or elsewhere will be free from material that you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate, or from malware or other contaminants that could harm your computer, mobile device, or files therein. Elite University Prep & Elite Academy assumes no responsibility or liability for your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, such third-party content.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK
Elite University Prep & Elite Academy respects the intellectual property rights of our trainees/users, Content Providers and other third parties and expects our trainees/users to do the same when using the Services. We enforce the Copyright and Trademark Policy in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
