INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE No. 6698 LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (“KVKK”)
As Elit Overseas Education and Consultancy Trade. Ltd. Sti. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), we have prepared this Clarification Text in order to explain to you which personal data we will process for what purposes. In all circumstances, we declare that we will store and process your personal data;
- In accordance with the law and honesty rules,
- By maintaining the accuracy and the most up-to-date version of the personal data you share,
- For specific, explicit and lawful purposes,
- In a way that is relevant, limited and measured for the purpose for which they will be processed,
- For the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or stipulated in the relevant legislation.
In addition, in order to protect your privacy, various privacy principles have been adopted for your personal information and data security within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law.
WHAT ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data are understood as identity (name and surname, date of birth, citizenship number), address, telephone number, e-mail address, the video you recorded and your photos, image and sound recordings and any other information to identify the person.
HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?
Your personal data are collected by our Company or real and/or legal persons who process data on behalf of our Company through verbal and written channels via telephone, fax, e-mail, mail, hand delivery, electronic applications (whatsApp and similar) and devices.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE AND LEGAL REASON FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your Personal Data can be processed by our Company or a real and/or legal person to be appointed by our Company for the purposes specified in the conditions written below.
- Your personal data are processed with your explicit consent, for the purpose of ensuring your and your family’s participation in various organizations, invitations, meetings and fairs to be held or attended by our company, to provide transportation and accommodation on your behalf, including air ticket purchase, airport transfer, to make reservations on your behalf when necessary. .
- In addition, they can be processed within the scope of the requirements set in order to ensure the fulfillment of the legal obligations specified in the KVKK, as required or mandated by regulatory institutions and legal regulations.
TO WHOM CAN YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE TRANSFERRED TO?
Your processed Personal Data can be transferred to the relevant authorities within the framework of the purposes and the conditions determined by the KVKK below;
- Persons or organizations permitted by the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations and other legislation,
- Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities,
- To real or legal persons, program partner institutions and organizations, from which we receive services and cooperate in product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertisement and realization of the above-mentioned purposes, to the institutions and organizations with which we have an agreement to send the messages we send to our customers, to the cargo companies that deliver online orders to you. It can be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
- Real/legal persons engaged in transportation activities, including airline companies, bus companies,
- Real/legal persons engaged in accommodation activities including hotels, guest houses,
- Real/legal persons engaged in organizational activities,
- Institutions and organizations determined to ensure the fulfillment of legal obligations,
- To our lawyers or legal advisors in order to exercise our right of defense,
- In case of a duly legal request regarding the transfer of your personal data to us.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a personal data owner, you can request any information regarding the implementation of the law and the processing of your personal data by sending an e-mail to the info@eliteuniversityprep.com e-mail address, signed with your secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or by sending an e-mail to Levent. In addition, if you have an e-mail address previously notified to us by you and registered in our system, you can also notify us of your requests with this e-mail address.
Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Controller Article 5, it is obligatory to include your name, surname, if your application procedure is written, your signature, if you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, T.C your national identity number, if you are a foreigner, your passport number or, if any, your place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, telephone and fax number, and the subject of your request.
In this context, your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the most, free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the KVK Board may be charged. In this context, we would like to state that you have the following rights as a personal data owner.
- Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
- If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws,
- Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses 5 and 6 to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by us, or upon your request, in the event that the reasons for processing are no longer valid.
