In return for the above-mentioned service, the trainee/user agrees and undertakes to pay the total fee calculated based on the course hour fee of the training programs (Courses and Trainings) in the terms and amounts specified below. The trainee/user may request any Training and Program changes, provided that they pay the price difference on the request date.
In case of default in the above-mentioned maturities, 3% monthly default interest is paid. The trainee agrees and undertakes to pay the installments in the maturities between the date of this contract and the start of the training.
ELITE UNIVERSITY PREP & PAID SERVICES FROM ELITE ACADEMY
Elite University Prep & Elite Academy offers paid Services (for example, course certificates for certain courses) for a fee. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in US Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes charged by or for Elite University Prep & Elite Academy on a timely basis through a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may charge fees using other collection mechanisms. Fees may vary depending on your location and other factors, and Elite University Prep & Elite Academy reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes, updates or changes will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services. Refunds may apply to paid Services as described in our Refund Policy below.
Depending on the program, tuition and fees for these programs may be collected by Elite University Prep & Elite Academy or our Content Partners. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we or our Content Partners may charge tuition and fees using other collection mechanisms. Tuition and fees may vary depending on your location and other factors, and Elite University Prep & Elite Academy and Content Partners reserve the right to change any tuition and fees for future semesters or equivalent pay periods at their sole discretion.
